While there he strategically reorganized key components of wholesale, including factories, operations and reporting structures that dramatically effected profits in both footwear and handbags. Len would also be instrumental in extending brand awareness with the opening of retail stores and licensing where he would seek, negotiate and implement new business opportunities.
